I had a very persistent eye issue and went to this office for care. Dr. Goldman was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He took his time with me to ensure the best treatment plan and outcome. My eye has healed after several months of other options and I couldn't be more grateful to him! The staff were very helpful at getting me scheduled and always very friendly. Dr. James Goodman became my eye doctor in January 2022 when my previous eye doctor retired. Dr. Goodman had a tough case with severe glaucoma with on-setting cataracts. He just surgical replaced my right eye lens (cataract) with the possibility or losing the little optic nerve left. It was very successful and have vision back!! In addition, the personal care that Dr. Goodman provides is awesome. Thank you also to their surgical center staff as the process and treatment there was fantastic!
At 66 years old I now have 20/20 vision for the first time in my life. Cataracts are gone, vision is perfect and I can see at night again! Thank you Dr Goldman!
James M Goldman, MD Is Great doctor, ,he explains everything in detail. Listens to your concern. Calls the night of each surgery, himself to check on you and how you eye was doing. The office In Scottsdale was clean, staff were all nice and helpful. The surgical center was also clean with wonderful staff as well .I recommend him to everyone. I'm very pleased with my choice. I had gone to a different doctor the was recommended to me. My choice gout to James m Goldman was the right one for me. Thank you and both your staffs for a jib well done.
They don’t offer a comprehensive eye exam. They split the vision exam (glasses / contacts) and medical exam (eye pressure and retina exam) into two separate visits
My experience at this office was outstanding. The front office is professional and courteous. Esmeralda (tech) took me through all of the testing and was very kind, communicated very well and was very knowledgeable about the whole process. I can't say enough about Dr. Goldman. He's smart, kind, ethical and took as much time with me as I needed. I look forward to working with him in the future. I assure you that if you see Dr. Goldman, you'll have complete confidence in him.
Dr Goldman and his staff are always exceptionally kind and understanding! They have worked hard with me to allay my fears of cataract surgery. He even called me personally at home the evening of the surgery and the following day the staff at the surgery center called me. He is so talented at what he does!
